- Do not leave the product close to sources of hot and/or cold air.
- Do not use alcohol, acetone and/or corrosive substances.
- Avoid rubbing or abrasion against surfaces in general and against clothing in particular, because contact causes the embroidery and clothing threads to break.
- To keep the shape of the bag or footwear intact, we recommend filling it with tissue paper when not in use and storing it in its flannel case (avoiding plastic and nylon), or store the item in its box. Our staff is always at your disposal should you need further information or assistance.

Like vegetable-tanned leathers, these materials have low resistance to rubbing, either when wet or dry. It is therefore not advisable to pair dark-colored bags with light-colored items of clothing. To preserve the natural qualities and characteristics of your items over time, it is therefore important to observe the following precautions during use :
- Avoid contact with water, oily substances, perfumes, make-up and pale-colored items of clothing.
- Avoid exposing the products to direct sources of light and heat or damp environments.
- If your handbag or leather item comes into contact with water, do not rub the surface. Absorb the moisture by dabbing the product with a soft cloth in a natural color instead.
