- Avoid exposing the products to direct sources of light and heat or damp environments.
- If your handbag or leather item comes into contact with water, do not rub the surface. Absorb the moisture by dabbing the product with a soft cloth in a natural
color instead.
- Do not use care products that are not designed for your item, such as shoe polish, trichloroethylene, oils, stain removers, alcohol or solvents.
- Do not rub the article against rough
or abrasive surfaces.
- If the article becomes dirty, consult a specialist or contact the store in which you purchased the product for assistance.
- Pale-colored handbags, particularly those that are white or beige, are extremely sensitive to light, dust and staining. It is very difficult to restore them to their original condition should they suffer damage owing to any of these factors.
- To help your handbag keep its shape, fill it with tissue paper when not in use and store it upright in its flannel. Do not store it in a plastic or nylon bag.
