McQueen Reverb: Live Listening Sessions In London
Live Listening Sessions at 27 Old Bond Street — The Flagship McQueen Space, London
Established in the early Nineties, McQueen has always been grounded in British arts and subculture, serving as an incubator for innovation and expression, drawing inspiration from music, film, arts and more.
Fuelled by a strong connection to music, McQueen introduces a new series of live listening sessions in London: McQueen Reverb. The programme brings together a diverse array of musicians, talents, and curators selected by Creative Director Seán McGirr, in a unique series of events dedicated to exploring the intersection of music and culture.
McQueen Reverb will offer an intimate, immersive experience, where special guests will share insight into the inspirations and narratives that underpin their work. Artists Bar Italia, A.G. Cook, John Glacier and Nilüfer Yanya will delve into a selection of vinyl from their personal collections, sharing the formative sounds that have shaped their creativity, as well as their own music. Each session will be hosted by a curator, bringing their unique perspectives and deep-rooted connections to both the music and cultural scene.
The McQueen Reverb programme begins with four exclusive nights throughout June at the McQueen flagship store on Old Bond Street. This London chapter celebrates the timeless allure of listening to music on vinyl, played through iconic vintage sound systems.
