7 DAY FREE RETURN POLICY

You may choose to return or exchange items under our free returns and exchanges policy.

You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order and arrange collection within 14 days. Please email online.assistance@us.alexandermcqueen.com to arrange free collection of your order.

Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Alexander McQueen and may only be refunded as a store credit or an exchange.

Please note that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.

RETURN CONDITIONS

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession so please pack the Product(s) safely and securely in the original packing ensuring these Returns Conditions are met. Products must not have been worn, altered or washed. Footwear should only have been tried on carpeted surfaces. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

Please place the Product(s) in the original packaging and shipping box. Complete the Returns Form and include this inside the box. Close the box and tape securely: please affix the returns label.

IN-STORE RETURNS

You may choose to return your order via an Alexander McQueen Flagship store – see store locator for your nearest Flagship. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order should you wish to return via a store: online.assistance@us.alexandermcqueen.com

Returns made in-store are shipped to our distribution centre on your behalf. Please be aware that you will not receive a refund or exchange for your order until the product is received at our distribution centre – please allow up to 7 working days.
